Safety

By registering, I confirm that:

I am responsible for supervising the children in my care throughout the event. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying parent or guardian at all times.
I understand that fishing and activities around a lake involve inherent risks, including water, fishing hooks and equipment, uneven surfaces and weather conditions.
I agree to follow reasonable safety directions provided by event organisers and volunteers.
I will let the event organisers know about any medical, accessibility or other needs that may affect my family's safe participation.
In an emergency, I understand that event organisers may contact emergency services where necessary. I consent to receiving appropriate first aid and medical attention if required during the event.
I agree to take responsibility for my own participation and the participation of any children in my care, and to release and hold harmless Clayton Church of Christ Fellowship Clayton, its staff and volunteers, from claims arising from risks inherent in participating in the event.

Photography & Video Consent

Photos and/or video may be used by Church of Christ Fellowship Clayton, That's the Thing About Fishing and the Victorian Fisheries Authority for community communications, promotion of future events and social media.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree that I, and any adult and children in my care attending the event, may be photographed or filmed, and that these photographs and/or videos may be used for the purposes outlined above.

By registering children under my care, I confirm that I am authorised to provide this consent on their behalf.
