All cancellations must be made in writing. While we make every effort to fulfill your request, please note that the management team reserves the right to reassign you to another room or cancel your booking.
The event organiser must vacate the designated room at the scheduled time/s agreed upon.
The event organiser is responsible for returning the room to its original clean and tidy state. All furniture used must be returned to where they were taken from.
Due to food safety legislation, all kitchen booking requires to provide a person in charge who is familiar with food safety and hygiene. All used tea towels must be washed and dried before returning to the church.
This is not included in the room. If you need technical equipment or a trained technician for the sound system, please contact the Church on 9544 2155. If you have your own technician, a trained technician from the church still needs to be present.
The event organiser is financially responsible for any damage prior to (eg. setting up or decorating time), during and after the event. A fee may be charged where necessary repairs or excessive cleaning is required. The Church does not permit confetti, glitter, flower petals, poppers, streamers or rice to be used on the premises. Permission must be sought for the use of any device that may result in damage to the premises.
The Church is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property or vehicles.
The event organiser is reponsible for locking up. Only those who have received the "lock up training" from the Church is permitted to lock up. Should you need to refer to the lock-up procedure, it is available at the reception desk. If you have problems locking up, please contact the nominated person or John Vlachos on 0405 124 738.
Monday - Thursday: before 7 am and after 10 pm.
Friday: before 7 am and after 11 pm.
Saturday and public holidays: before 9 am and after 11 pm.
Sunday: before 9 am and after 10 pm. (According to Environment Protection Authority Victoria - Prohibited times for residential area Group 4)
