b@clayton Youth is hosting a Competition Games Night for all highschool students in Years 7-12. This event will see teams completing as many challenges as possible inclusive of, active games, brain teasers, minute to win it challenges and more.

Teams will be made of 6 people with groups made of friends and new people. Teams will ensure each person will be paired with at least one friend of theirs. The night will be jam packed with fun, meeting new people and a competitive nature in the air.

The night will begin with opportunities to meet new people paired with icebreakers to get to know other people. Following this teams will be facing and completing challenges throughout the night and finally the intensity will cool down with good food and opportunities for fellowship. 
Invite your friends and their friends for an amazing night of fun and community.

Supper will be provided at the end of the night but please eat dinner beforehand.

If during any part of the b@Clayton program, medical attention is required by my child, an Emerge Youth Leader will contact the childs guardian, provide appropriate first aid treatment, and stay with the child until the guardian collects them. Where it is necessary for my child to be taken to hospital immediately, a leader will accompany my child to the hospital. The responsibility of care above and beyond this plan is my responsibility as the guardian. I will inform the Church in writing of any changes to the above Medical Plan. I authorise the leader in charge to take such action as may be necessary, including the calling of an ambulance and treatment by paramedics and I accept responsibility for payment of all expenses associated with such treatment.

Unless otherwise advised, the Church will not release the child/children to anyone other than the emergency contact or other person listed on this form. If you make other pick up arrangements, please identify the authorised pick-up person's name and contact details in the field below and notify an Emerge Youth leader prior to the event.
