By registering, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in Love Loud You Fit activities or have obtained medical clearance. You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and that you are responsible for working within your own physical limits.

You must bring any required medication (e.g. asthma inhaler) to each session.

If medical attention is required, a leader will provide first aid, contact your emergency contact, and remain with you until you are collected. In an emergency, you may be taken to hospital and accompanied by a nominated leader if required.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clayton Church of Christ Fellowship Inc, its partners, staff, and volunteers from any claims arising from participation in the program.

Photos and videos may be taken during activities and used for informational, fundraising, marketing, and promotional purposes. You consent to this use unless you opt out by emailing hello@clayton.org.au.
